Plantation Ford Bids Farewell to the Ford Ranger

It was a good ride while it lasted, Ford Ranger. While new versions of the pickup truck will no longer be in the showroom here at Plantation Ford, we still think it deserves a proper goodbye from all of us here. Thankfully, the folks at HappyWrenching.com were around to document the final Ford Ranger to come off the assembly line as a fitting tribute.

While it's full of sentimental value, we're always amazed at the amount of detail that goes into every new Ford vehicle, even those that are scheduled for retirement. The Ranger isn't given the quickly thrown together plaque and cake, instead it was treated with precision and care, and that's something all of us here in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area can appreciate.

You'll also find a link to more photos from the video shoot, both of which are well worth taking the time out to watch. When you're finished, leave us a comment telling us what you think, or reminisce about a Ford Ranger memory you might have.

While you can still find a few Ford Ranger pickup trucks here at Plantation Ford, you won't be totally out of luck when they're gone, especially if you browse our lineup of used Ford models, which is always changing, so there could be one available before you know it.

If you have any more questions or would like to check out our wide selection of new Ford trucks, sedans, and SUVs, stop into our location at 707 North State Road Plantation, FL 33317, where we'd be more than happy to give all the details about each model.
