"Wow, how refreshing to deal with an intelligent, well spoken and patient car salesman. I called every Ford dealership South of Delray Beach until I was lucky enough to speak to Rick Olesen at Plantation Ford. I asked about the 2011 Ford Fiesta (not available yet) and he took his time to answer everything plus he told me lots of information I didn't know about the Microsoft Sync system. We discussed that I wanted the SES Hatchback in Lime Squeeze Green with the 301A package (Intelligent Access push button start). My husband and I drove an hour to meet Rick, he greeted us at the door and had a surprise... he pulled a few strings and ordered my dream car! It is due to arrive in two weeks, a lot faster than the 8 weeks it would have normally taken. We didn't even have to haggle with him, he gave us an honest price with a great discount.
