We always talk about how important that first impression is...... Ed was spot on. I shared with him my concerns about my sons vehicle and he said bring it right in and we will take care of you. That is exactly what he did. I introduced myself to Ed, we talked about the vehicle and Ed asked me to ride with him so he could hear what the noise was that concerned me. A technician diagnosed the vehicle and Ed shared with me the problem, the solution and the cost to take care of it. I stayed and waited for the vehicle and during my wait many times Ed updated me as to how long it would before the vehicle was complete. "My salesperson was Jeff Weinstein. I have to say that I think I visited every Ford dealership in Miami, as I live in Dade County. After becoming very frustrated with the whole process of car shopping and the unprofessionalism that I came across in Miami, I decided to look in Broward. I googled "Ford dealers in Broward County" and discovered "Plantation Ford". My first contact was Jeff Weinstein. From our first conversation, Jeff was courteous, professional, helpful, knowledgable and went out of his way to get the car I was looking for. I told him my budget and the options I was looking for and he was able to quickly find the car. I made an appointment to see the car and much to my surprise, Jeff had the car waiting for me to see parked in front of the dealership. At the dealers in Miami they would say they had a car but when I arrived they didn't really have it or couldn't find the key. This happened at 3 different dealers and one of them I waited for and hour and a half without seeing a car or getting a price. At Plantation Ford I saw the car, test drove it and purchased it in approximately 30 minutes. Jeff made it extremely easy and turned it into a very pleasant experience. I purchased the car as a surprise for my son and Jeff helped to turn the day into a very memorable event. Plantation Ford is lucky to have Jeff Weinstein!"

We've always had a Ford so when we needed a new vehicle in 2009, we went to Planation Ford and met Rick (Our lucky day!) Because of Rick, we returned to Plantation when we started considering a new Explorer in early 2010. Rick knew were going to be, at some point in time, buying an Explorer and has kept in touch with us all this time. He is honest, forthright, enjoyable, and full of interesting information! We are, by no means, novices and have excellent credit but did learn a thing or two from Rick! We'd also like to recognize Chris (Sorry that we don't recall his last name!) who handled the financing. We have always financed with Navy Federal Credit Union but he came through with better rates as I was on the phone with NFCU! For the very first time in 45 years, we've NOT used NFCU! "Wow, how refreshing to deal with an intelligent, well spoken and patient car salesman. I called every Ford dealership South of Delray Beach until I was lucky enough to speak to Rick Olesen at Plantation Ford. I asked about the 2011 Ford Fiesta (not available yet) and he took his time to answer everything plus he told me lots of information I didn't know about the Microsoft Sync system. We discussed that I wanted the SES Hatchback in Lime Squeeze Green with the 301A package (Intelligent Access push button start). My husband and I drove an hour to meet Rick, he greeted us at the door and had a surprise... he pulled a few strings and ordered my dream car! It is due to arrive in two weeks, a lot faster than the 8 weeks it would have normally taken. We didn't even have to haggle with him, he gave us an honest price with a great discount. I highly recommend this family run Plantation Ford dealership and consider Rick Olsen the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of buying from."
